“ he did fix the problem but then told me the thermostat had broke. it needed to be ordered, he ordered it with next day delivery and said he would be back on Monday to fit it. I paid him cash for the work he carried out that day and for the thermostat £604:00. he didn't come on Monday as part wasn't delivered but said he would be here today. nothing! not answering my calls text messages....im no further forward just 604£ down!!!!”
