“Very quick response to request to quote. Paulo understood the job and gave a competitive quote. He also recommended a different supplier of worktops which saved a significant amount of money in the material cost of the job. Work started quickly and both Paulos were polite, professional and tidy. Had some issues with plumbing which Paulo spent several hours on a bank holiday fixing. Only criticism, which is perhaps minor, is that Paulo did not always turn up exactly when he sa”
