Parker Plumbing and Building Services works in association with The Maintenance Company to give you a comprehensive skill base to fulfil any type of building, construction and maintenance needs. We have a fully qualified electrician who holds qualifications to meet Part P of the building reg’s and current 17th edition qualification to the latest amendment. A qualified plumber with access to gas engineers and a fully qualified builder who also teaches construction in a local college. We have access to people from all trades including roofing, tiling, and window specialist to name but a few.

Our aim is to provide you with the most comprehensive service available meaning you don’t have to get quotes from individual trades for individual jobs. We aim to meet the highest industry standards and thrive on our customer satisfaction and regularly have repeat work from our very happy customer base.

We can provide quotes on a supply and fit basis or as a labour only basis. We find our quotes are competitive based on the high standard of work you will receive and we never leave a job till the customer is completely satisfied.
