I charge either by the hour or a daily rate, which I will give on enquiry , obviously I am open for discussion on prices and this can vary on how much work you require to be done. I would treat your property as though it were my own and always aim to complete the job on time and I can fit around any schedule that you may have. I also carry out all the work myself so you get the personal touch. I can usually give you a fairly quick appointment.
