P Allen Builders

P.Allen Builders are a general builder, established in 1989, undertaking Disability Adaptation and Renovation work for Local Authorities since 2003.
The longevity of our performance is testament to the quality and customer satisfaction provided by P.Allen Builders.

We have established teams of experienced employees who are multi skilled,
and fully trained to undertake Disabled Facilities Grant Works. All team members have at least 15 years expeience in their particular trades.

All employees are familiar with POVA and the Equalities Act (formerly Disability Discrimination Act).

Due to ‘in house’ skills available within P.Allen Builders, only electrical work, work requiring Gas safe certification and laying safety flooring after initial preparation, is subcontracted.

P.Allen Buildres has vast experience of the Disable Facilities Grant works required, and has relationships with various qualified electrical, Gas Safe and flooring subcontrcators.
