“The job started March, they came did a couple of days then didn’t see them for 2 weeks so was left with the job half finished. They then returned and finished the job however it was to a poor standard. The cladding has bevelled, the trim is coming away and dividers fell off. Gutters have been done to a poor standard, not enough brackets so the guttering is bevelled and holds the water, they aren’t connected so water pouring out. Despite requests to fix it or offer me a refund for they have not. ”

“Stanley insisted on a large upfront deposit to a bank account not linked to his company. He failed to turn up until day 3 of the job. The actual work he did (1 day only) was not what I asked for and certainly did not constitute a full days work. Then he immediately threaten to 'go legal' if I did not pay him more money. I would strongly advise that you give this company a wide birth.”

“Knew we had already been let down by a previous ‘tradesman’. Promised to do a good job repairing the lean-to and re-laying 8 slabs. We couldn’t check job at time of payment as cement wet. Left 2 holes either side of roof. Panel had been cut short and moved out further than before which prevented the roof overhang. Covered it up with a bit of felt that was cracked! Said couldn’t do slabs but would come back to sort slab on step. Cement all coming up. Chased said not happy but just got excuses.”
