“Bitterly disappointed Very inexperienced young man Did not conduct smoke bomb test so, when fire did not ignite correctly, had to remove it so we could get chimney sweep in Messy 1) left white mastic on sofa (provided no dust sheets) 2) left blobs of glue substance around gas fire and tiles of fireplace 3) left stains on inside of glass door of fire (so inaccessible for me to clean) Unprofessional. Demanded double original quote then became rude & behaved immaturely”
