“Following work completed rubbish removal and walls knocked down, new kitchen, new bathroom suite, house fully rewired, new central heating system with combi boiler, new plumbing system, en-suite toilet to master bedroom, walls re-skimmed, new panel doors, loft area decked out with ladder, new block driveway, roof and repointing of chimney, walls, doors and skirting painted. All materials, organisation and labour supplied. Work completed in 2 months, but budget exceeded. Water problems remain.”
