He kept the job site clean and tidy and once finished he then tidied up again The small job he done was difficult as he had to try to match previous builders bricklaying hence the 4 star rating if they did 4.5 or 4.75 would of chosen one of them. They did such a good job I will be asking them back for some more jobs! Well Done! ”

“This was an extremely frustrating job as it required nimble fingers due to the amount of nuts, bolts and screws plus unfortunately the job was hampered by the weather but Dylan remained consistent and professional throughout the job and was a pleasure to work with. “Excellent communication on what was required, photographs taken to show extent of damage to be repaired, (repair to internal brickwork in chimney) and job completed in one visit. Both sides flexible on timetable, Dylan arrived early on the agreed date and did an excellent job, including protecting fireplace hearth before starting and cleaning the very slight detrius at completion. Estimate was raised due to increase in cost of scaffolding, with option to cancel but overall completely satisfied.”
