“In Jan, I paid Gary a £600 deposit in good faith for the replacement of windows. Despite communication both up to and on the day of the agreed installation, he failed to show. Unfortunately this situation was repeated 5 or 6 times with reasons ranging from snow, traffic, knee operations and deaths in the family. I was very understanding however after 6 months, told him I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund. That was over 4 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any of my money back.”
