- Involved in planning, installation and maintenance of IRIS systems for major commercial businesses, including local authority and house builders.
- Responsible for planning, installing and maintaining domestic AV entertainment systems. This includes satellite broadband systems, a broad range of BskyB related services such as dish realignments, home distribution services etc along with ad-hoc items such as installing wall mounted AV equipment.
Involved in the installation and maintenance of commercial AV/VC systems and equipment, including live satellite links for external broadcasting and preparing and testing audio equipment for events.
- A major part of my role involves customer service for both commercial and domestic customers, as the focal point of the company I am aware of the importance and need to act in a professional manor and maintain the high standard of work expected.
- Responsible for managing my own daily work load and organising time accordingly which I am extremely competent with.
