Selection of completed Damp Proofing, Dry Rot, Woodworm and Pest Control Jobs

Needs a property care Association registered specialist contractor to provide a report and quote for work required to damp-proof course. Would like this job to be carried out in Oct/early nov.
I am looking for someone to come and conduct a damp proofing report and advise me of what needs to be done within a house I rent out. I am looking for this work to be done asap! The rooms affected are the living room, dining room and one bedroom.
I have damp showing on the front walls of my property, I'm not sure how serious it is or how much work will be required. I live in a block of flats and I assume that the problem originates from the outer walls so also not sure if the responsibility lies with myself or the freeholder.
Have damp on internal walls and around Chimney. Damp proceeds around 15" up and 60" across living room walls. Room situated at back of building, ground floor.
The main walls of the house appear to be of solid brick construction with rendered finishes to the front and gable elevations. The main walls incorporate a bitumen damp proof course. In places, this is only 30mm above external ground levels, which can lead to damp. We recorded high damp meter readings throughout the ground floor, some at lower level near to floor level and others at higher levels, eg around the bay window in the front reception room. This has possibly been caused by a combination of the failure of the damp proof course, high external ground levels and porous masonry/defective rendering. It is also possible that the poor condition of many of the rainwater fittings (see Section E3) is contributing to the dampness. Apart from the repairs referred to in Section E3, the external walls require repair and making good to areas of cracked render and to areas of loose mortar and spalled (eroded) brickwork. A more detailed investigation into the performance/condition of the damp proof course is also needed. Condition rating 3 Dampness may also have affected adjacent timber, plaster and decorations and further associated repairs may well be required. It is worth noting that during our inspection there was a heavy prevailing wind to the front of the house and, as the majority of the dampness found was to the front and side of the property, it seems that these elevations are the most exposed, and you should ensure that external finishes, windows and rainwater fittings are kept in good repair at all times to minimise the risk of further damp problems. The external walls appear to be in reasonable structural condition for the age of the property. There is some evidence of old movement and cracking to the first floor bay window brickwork on the front of the property, which we believe has been caused by slight differential movement between the front bay structure and the main wall, but this is not considered significant and is apparently of longstanding and no remedial work is necessary. However, the bay windows have been replaced with PVCframed doubleglazed units. Whilst no signs of ongoing failure or distress were found, adequate reinforcement should have been incorporated to support the original structure and written confirmation of this should be obtained from the manufacturer and you should follow our advice in Section I.
Damp and timber survey plus method to be used for any problems found and best price and completion date for any work identified therein.
To provide a quote for internal damp proofing, repairing / replacing floors damaged by damp and / or rot in a 3 bed terraced house.
Repair of water damaged brick work just below the damp proof course. Replacement/upgrade of existing damp proof course. Repair of cement work around external drain. Bricking up of a small upstairs window.
I would like to obtain a quote for some damp proofing and some wet wood rot treatment.
