looking to dig up the garden lay new patio,footpath,flowerbeds and turf garden. the area is 30meters by 10meters approx. will need to dig up old garden patio, footpath and turf. will need to dispose of rubbish and provide material and labour.
I have damp downstairs on my outer walls (prob rising damp?). Also damp upstairs mainly in the main bedroom on the outer walls (maybe from possible guttering problem?)
I'm about to purchase a 2 bed maisonette, and need to completely redo the bathroom. It's about 8' by 5', currently has bath, sink, toilet. I would like to move the bath from under the window (along shorter wall) to along the longer wall, including an in bath shower. The new toilet and sink would then need to be moved to the other side of the room (near where the taps for old bath were before). for it. Once the fittings are in, the floor and walls will need retiling. The wall next to the bath/shower should be tiled to the ceiling, opposite wall tiled around sink, and then painted.
I'd appreciate any quotes, and in particular advice on what factors will affect the cost. I'll be looking to do this work in around 2 months time, immediately upon completion, prior to moving in.
I'd like estimates for labour and materials excluding cost of new bath, sink and toilet (i.e. including tiles, paint, floor etc.)
A very large house with 57 windows and 3 doors all need the exteriors sanded, primed and painted. The windows are of various sizes and one of the doors is a large double door.

I need a really first class supreme carpenter who can make a kitchen out of wood (not MDF next couple of grades up from MDF) to a high standard from scratch made to measure, even if he/she chooses to buy standard units and makes the doors. This kitchen must be made to look olde worlde by gone age appearance, for a really good price in cream, together with fancy corbels, pillars, thick cornice etc. Would also appreciate the making of a cream ornate matching fire surround to house extractor fan (to be installed) with corbels either end to go above new range and either sprucing up of small current dresser/or freshly
made all in keeping with the new kitchen.

Must have appropriate certificates and possess know how of installing a gas range, changing electrical sockets, raising a floor in wood stained and varnished/making or purchasing thick oak work-tops and making good around kitchen area before installation of kitchen (so a bit of plastering/painting). Plumbing of washing machine, dishwasher and new fridge. Boxing up boiler and pipes, although easy access essential. Installing new taps and wooden thick oak work-tops and double butler sink, together with contrasting light cream tiles (so some tiling). Two prices required please, total supply of kitchen only or supply and fit with extras as outlined.
Very fussy, first class craftsmanship required, time-wise, shortest period possible. Price is important, thus lowest price possible would be appreciated.

Pebble Dash a Three Bed Semi front side and rear extension. 5.8 metres wide x 7.5 metres long by about 5.5 metres high for two storey section. Then a rear kitchen extension 3 metres deep with back wall mostly made up of glass.
Rough Estimate of wall space 70-75 sq metres. House will be scaffolded and old render knocked off. All materials provided.
