Looking for a tradesperson to disassemble and reassemble concrete garage. This includes load and unload and rebuild within a quarter of a mile from current existing garage to new proposed garage.
Ground floor and basement flat: water ingress to basement due to ?failed seals outside front door. Need investigation, advice and repair.
Kitchen Fit in NW1 London / camden town
I am changing my kitchen and am looking for a kitchen fitter to help with the job. This would include the usual: measuring accurately the space, remove the existing units, install the new units and worktop, replumbing, putting in electrical points, put in new ceiling lights, plastering walls, tiling floor, etc.... A new combi boiler needs to be installed and this could be done by the same company or someone else. The kitchen is about 3.3 x 3.3 meters. The kitchen units are from Ikea. If you can provide options for worktops, and also supply kitchen appliance (Neff or similar) this could be good too.
I have garden decking that was layed 3 years ago, and the decking boards were pressure treated. About 18 months ago I had it stained with Cuprinol protective decking stain and it has since started to peel off. I contacted Cuprinol customer service who advised that it could be the extreme winter conditions we had, and advised decking oil would be better to use. However I require the decking to be sanded down to it's original state and then re-treated
Kitchen Fit in CR7 Thornton Heath
Fitting of kitchen units to walls (all the units have already been constructed), worktop to be fitted, gas hob connected and sink connected. Fitting of plinths and cornices as well. I have two pipes from the boiler that I would like redirected and the boiler to be boxed. Estimated time to complete job is approx. 4 days. Looking for fitters that are available at short notice to commence job. I will assist when needed, but this is a one person job. I would like gas hob fitting to be certified, and appreciate that a separate suitably qualified individual may be needed for this.
Kitchen 2 x 3 m. old one, 5 units , to be removed. new cork floor to be laid, a light switch and cooker switch to be moved. gas hob and el. oven to be removed so is an old sink. walls to be painted . new kitchen fitted with 6 units and el. hob and oven, new sink, d/w, f/f, w/m connected. in short, old kitchen out , floor laid and new kitchen in.

Looking for other competitive quotes, access to the property is available INTERNAL OBSERVATIONS Our findings within the areas as instructed are as follows: ROOFING TIMBERS Our inspection of the roofing timbers was severely restricted due to the fact that the first floor rooms are constructed within the roof area and our examination was restricted to the accessible eaves void only. Our inspection within the above area was further restricted due to the presence of roof insulation laid between the ceiling joists however our findings at the points examined are as follows: No apparent evidence of any woodborer infestation or fungal attacks was located and therefore no treatment is recommended. First Floor FLOORING TIMBERS Room Left, Central Landing & Front Right Hand Cupboard Area Our inspection of the flooring timbers in these rooms was handicapped by the presence of furniture and floor coverings, however where we were able to turn back the floor coverings without causing undue damage or disturbance our findings at the points examined are as follows: No apparent evidence of any woodborer infestation or fungal attacks was located and therefore no treatment is recommended. Ground Floor FLOORING TIMBERS Room Front Left, Room Front Right, Room Rear Centre (Bathroom), Room Centre Left & Room Rear Right Our inspection of the flooring timbers in these rooms was handicapped by the presence of furniture and floor coverings, however where we were able to turn back the floor coverings without causing undue damage or disturbance our findings at the points examined are as follows: No apparent evidence of any woodborer infestation or fungal attacks was located and therefore no treatment is recommended. - 3 - Room Rear Left (Kitchen) Due to the presence of fixed laminate flooring overlays within the above room no inspection of the flooring timbers was possible and therefore no comments can be made. Surface Condensation Room Rear Centre (Bathroom) Using instrumental analysis in conjunction with our physical observations we have formed the conclusion that dampness in the form of surface condensation is affecting the rear wall and ceiling area within the above room and this dampness would appear to be the result of the lack of suitable air extraction within this room. In view of the above, we would recommend the installation of a humidistat controlled extractor fan to the external wall. Should it be required, we would be happy to provide a quotation for this upon your further instruction. Our visual inspection of the solum revealed that the solum is unsealed and was relatively damp at the time of inspection. This dampness together with the restricted sub floor ventilation and organic debris will create conditions suitable for the germination and growth of wood rotting fungi. In view of these findings we would recommend that the solum be sealed as detailed in our attached schedule headed âSolum Sealantâ. Rising Damp Using instrumental analysis we were unable to record any readings which would suggest the presence of rising damp. Chartered or otherwise qualified surveyors should be employed to examine in detail the structural and other conditions of the property which might influence any change in its ownership. We can only accept responsibility for identifying and assessing the extent of the infestation on the evidence available and in the areas accessible at the time of our inspection. Owing to the rapid extension and development in some forms of insect and fungal attack and other factors involved, our estimate for the extent and costs of remedial treatment can only hold good for one month from the date of inspection.
I have already removed the tarmac drive but require removal of rubble beneath (25 square meters). Plan on laying gravel myself, however, would consider monoblock if the price is right.
Kitchen (approx.6' x 12') to be extended INTO adjoining integral garage (approx. 12' x 8') Upstairs W/C (approx.3' x 7') and adjoining) bathroom (approx. 7' x 6') to be made INTO ONE.
