Wall ties on porch West howe
porch built on front of house by previous in-experienced owner. Porch is pulling away from house, shows no signs of wall ties installed, and brickwork coming loose. quote and remedial action required
Installation of over door heat pump systems. I am looking for a business to replace my existing over door heaters with new thermo-screen units (as specified). These new units will need to be fully supported within the ceiling void through an access that will be cut by others (600mm x 3000mm). The running and connection of the refrigerant pipe work will need to be carried out through the same access and along with all power cabling and data cabling, which will be run through to one of the plant rooms recently stripped out of all ducting, down a service void and out into the mall (total run is about 15/20mts). The BC controller will be mounted horizontally on the back wall of the plant room and all pipe work and cabling will be run on cable tray to the plant room below where it will need to be secured on cable tray. Pipe work from condensing unit will be run through a 200mm weather proof cowl on the roof (the ducting will be supplied by us, but will need to be fabricated and cut into the new wooden roof detail). A safety cage may need to go around the BC controller to keep personnel and materials away from the controller and pipe work, and this again will be supplied by us as necessary. The condensing unit will be mounted on the flat weather proofed cover that has recently been installed following the removal of the old AHUs. This condensing units (2 x PURY P-250 â see schematic) will be supported on 40x40mm big foot system which has already been purchased by us, but will need to put together by you as part of the works. As the new heaters have an open return we will have to make up some transition duct work pieces so as to separate the supply and return. (I have supplied a small sketch to show what I mean). You will need to include for: All installation materials including, containment, Supports Gases â OFN and refrigerant Ductwork where required Interconnecting cabling (no BMS connections) Load side electrical connections Access (scaffolding) Certification upon completion Labour of which some will need to based on out of hours working in the mall areas. Exclude as done by others: Live side connections to condensing unit and over door heaters. Builders works or the making good of the ceiling on completion. Fire barriers between plant room and mall. Bigfoot support system (supplied by us but put together by yourselves) Mitsubishi AC Systems (supplied by us but installed by yourselves).
In a shop we want : - to fix 4 loudspeakers (on the groundfloor and 2 in the basement). - Fix a glass door in the basement - Make an office (remove a sink and the connection) + add a desk fixed on the wall, carpet - Fixed to extraction ducts to the main duck through the ceiling (which is in plastboard).
I require someone to remove an existing fitted kitchen and completely refit a new kitchen. This includes moving a radiator and replumbing the washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher, as well as tiling.

The leadwork must match the original type and installation as follows:- Provide and erect scaffolding to front and rear elevations of building (building is approx 8m long, photos are available) Clean off and de-nail all boards to troughs front and rear Strip back roof slates to troughs front and rear Supply and fit Code 6 lead to troughs front and rear rolled and dressed in Refit slates and replace damaged and broken slates to skylight areas Supply and fit Code 4 cap flashings to sandstone upstands dressed, lead strapped and sealed.Front and rear. Apply penetration oil to all new lead work. Remove all debris from site leave clean and tidy.
Tarmac driveway approx 30m square. Black. Preparation can be done beforehand by house owner. The main aim is to smarten up the front of the House. I estimate the job to take a day if we do the prep work. If the work can be carried out August 30th or 31st this would be helpful.
New Driveway and front of house need concrete removing and new surfaces laid.
