We currently have a wood burner in one of our rooms but would like to move it to another room. There used to be a wood burner in this room so it is already suitable for a wood burner and we are looking for someone who could fit it for us and seal up the chimney where the wood burner is being moved from.
2 tons of soil needs to be removed from my small 9x5m lawn, and it needs to be leveled and 3 tons of cheapish gravel needs to be put down and flatten.

Porch Build in KT4 Worcester park
My neighbour and I share a main front door to our mid-terrace Victorian cottages. We would like to have a joint porch and have two separate external doors rather than entering a small joint vestibule leading to each house where each door is on a angle. Therefore, requiring direct access to each house. I understand from Planning we do not require any special consent as long as it meets within the guidelines of being traditionally built and within keeping. Also each door matches etc. I am presuming a new lintel would need to be inserted into the present external door frame with the aperture made bigger to accommodate two widths of door and a dividing wall. Also we would like some area space for each lobby but not too big but adequate in size.
We are upgrading our bathroom and have ordered a new bathroom suite. We wish to remove and replace the old sink, toilet and bath with new fittings. Please note that we are replacing the bath with a new walk-in shower only, the bath will not be replaced. I also need a water pump fitted (that I will purchase), to be supplied via a new dedicated water supply fitted to this shower plus another dedicated supply retrofitted to an adjacent existing en-suite shower in a different bathroom located in the next room. This will stop the current issue of the two showers interfering with each others hot and cold water flow when both in use plus the same interference from sink taps when turned on at the same time as any showers in use. Tiling to the floor and walls will be contracted separately but your advice is sought as to the required order of these works as plastering is likely to be needed once existing wall tiles are removed and before the new wall tiles are fitted.
I have garden decking that was layed 3 years ago, and the decking boards were pressure treated. About 18 months ago I had it stained with Cuprinol protective decking stain and it has since started to peel off. I contacted Cuprinol customer service who advised that it could be the extreme winter conditions we had, and advised decking oil would be better to use. However I require the decking to be sanded down to it's original state and then re-treated
I want to install a small woodburner in a 1959 house, it will need a flue liner and hearth fitting too. I can get the woodburner.
Hang a new door; fit a small internal window; replace door shaped/sized hole between 2 rooms with internal wall (x2 plasterboard filled with insulation?); repair broken edge to loft trap door; relace part of a floor board; restick ceiling paper over high steep, second floor staircase; replace 2 small pieces of wallpaper on the walls of the same staircase and repaint all wall paper in this area (woodwork already painted)
We have just purchased a 5734 Kingston Beaufort fire. We already have in place a StraxBox gas fire. This fire is now not safe to use, and does not work properly, so we purchased the Kingston to replace it. We have the Kingston, new in box, and would like the old one taken out, and the new one fitted in its place.
