Basically an 10ft space between living room and kitchen, need false wall put in place to accomodate pocket doors approx 2.5ft per side from (http://www.spaceslide.co.uk/pocket-doors), work will require a space placed between ceiling beams and top of door, fitting of door support track, bottom guide tracks, frame around doors and within walls where doors slide into.
Roof 1) Remove slates and clean ready for reuse, purchase additional reclaimed welsh slates to replace damaged slates. 2) Check roof timbers and repair or replace unsound timbers as required. 3) Install insulation and breather able membrane before refitting roof slate. 4) Reuse roof lead flashing and add lead flashing where roof abuts chimney stacks. 5) Repair/restore barge boards and soffits preference would be for untreated oak. Chimney stacks 1) Rebuild chimney stacks replacing fire damaged stone work with similar limestone and lime mortar. Replace missing and damaged chimney pots with matching or similar reclaimed pots. 2) Install new flues ready to accept wood burning stove and range cooker, cap unused pots. External Walls 1) Remove cement pointing work and damaged lime mortar and re-point using lime mortar. 2) Replace and or reface damaged handmade bricks and stonework. Windows 1) Replace existing modern timber frame single glazed windows with windows of a similar style to other historic buildings found in Pipewell. 2) Check condition of timber lintels replace and reface as required. Rainwater goods 1) Replace existing plastic rainwater goods with reproduction period style items. 2) Check condition of existing storm drains and replace if required. Add additional soak away if required. 3) Re-establish external ground levels and replace hard surfaces with gravel pathways to improve breath ability around the lower walls. Phase 2 demolition of unwanted extensions and replace with new build stone clad extension. 1) Make good unwanted wall openings using handmade bricks and install a window in place of the current opening into the study. 2) Rebuild the stone clad extension. 3) Reposition mains water supply into the stone extension. 4) Install foul drainage and treatment system. 5) Reposition mains electricity into stone extension.
following the removal of central heating pipes, the wall needs to be made good. there are a number of holes (3-4 inches in diam) that need to be filled some going through the wall in to a joing room. I would expect the quality of the finish to be of the same standard as the existing plaster work, which is of a high enough standard to paint.
We have installed new wiring in our conservatory and utility room and have purchased a new consumer unit at the recommendation of an electrical engineer. We need someone who is part P registered to install the consumer unit and upgrade our earth spike (not purchased)

small plastering job on house landing, 7ft by 3 foot, the wall has already been bonded, but been let down by previous plasterer!

had a burst pipe. Part of cealing needs replacing in the kitchen, some of the lathe & plaster missing. Needs plaster board & skimmed . size of dammaged area about, 1.20m x 1.70m
Approx 2.5m2, i have removed the existing tiles and walls are relativley clean, plaster has come away slightly in one small area so may need patching up, tiles bought.
