Small stud wall Caterham
I need a small wall stud wall (with insulation and plasterboard plus skimmed on 1 side only)put in where an airing cupboard door currently is. One side is to make it even with the bedroom wall so skim and make look perfect, the other side would be thinner than the existing wall in order to give space to a boiler that is in the bathroom. The wall would be a height of 8ft (floor to ceiling) and about 1m wide only. (would require removal of existing doors & trim but we'd want to re-use the trim potentially so will need to be careful ish!) If the person doing this job and the plastering does well (and good value) I will potentially use them to plaster the majority of the rest of the house so more work would follow.

following the removal of central heating pipes, the wall needs to be made good. there are a number of holes (3-4 inches in diam) that need to be filled some going through the wall in to a joing room. I would expect the quality of the finish to be of the same standard as the existing plaster work, which is of a high enough standard to paint.
