To remove a waste pipe, run additional water and drainage into the back of the garage and install a new cloakroom (toilet, washbasin and radiator). Make good all areas.
We need a good electric shower and installation in bathroom including the plumbing and electric. The shower is to be installed against the hot water tank cabinet/cupboard. The bathroom is past the top of the stairs and the electric fuse box etc is at the bottom of the stairs. The house is a mid-terraced home. Installation to be done over the next few weeks.
Fitting a kitchen Sunderland

Conservatory Woolton, Liverpool
I am considering having a 10ft x 8ft UPVC conservatory with the requisite foundation built on to my garage. A door giving access to the garden is required which will be wide enough for the passage of a dustbin and lawn mower through into the garage. Cladding the garage wall would be needed. I would like to know if there is an alternative to glass as lengthways one side faces a fence.
I have a large mirrored door on a wardrobe which has fallen off. I think the wood may be split so this will need to be mended and door re hung. I need some-one who can come at a weekend as I work long hours during the week. Help!!
Erect conservatory Great Paxton
Dig out footings, lay waterproof sub floor, build dwarf walls and erect a 3.0m x 2.5 m conservatory.
Basically, the pond pump appears to have died with no warning signs (working fine night before). If - as I fear - the pump needs replacing then it may be that a small area of patio & lawn will need to be excavated to remove electric cables (unless it's possible to just remove the pump from the cable). I'm not 100% sure if it is the pump though; it may be the case that no power is getting to the pump as there is no humming etc when pump is switched on. My feeling, though, is that it must be the pump - this was installed on 26th April 2005 so has lasted over 5 years. So in short I need the pump to be checked out & replaced with a new one if required & possibly a complete new filtration system too as this is also over 5 years old & the ultra violet light tube definitely needs to be replaced.
In our 2 year old bathroom, the (water damaged) chipboard veneer one-piece bath panel was fitted so that to get to the shower pump under the bath, the architrave around the door has to be removed. As the panel now needs to be replaced, we would like a better solution, possibly hinged or panels for easier access, either matching wood effect or tiles. (Open to suggestions and advice.) And, once the new panel solution is in place, the odd sized door architrave to be replaced.
I presently have a 6 X 5 foot wooden shed which is rotten. I wish to replace it. The shed has electrics to it (plugs) which will also need disconnecting and re-connecting in the new shed. I have not yet purchased the new shed and would be grateful for your recommendation of where to purchase (shed must have an opening window). I would like an estimate for the shed being removed (one huff and puff should do it!!) and a new shed being put up with electrics moved. Thank you.
