Looking for a tradesperson to disassemble and reassemble concrete garage. This includes load and unload and rebuild within a quarter of a mile from current existing garage to new proposed garage.
I need someone to lay laminate flooring for my living room which is approximately 10m x 6.5m.
Repair to cracks in pebbledash and then painting of exterior semi detatched house with ground floor extension
Upstairs Toilet A large percentage of floor tiles have cracked and lifted up, this is very dangerous as the tiles are broken and very sharp. We would suggest that we remove the toilet and wash hand basin and take up these floor tiles, we can then re-lay new 6mm ply down and new 12" inch tiles ( As per existing ) back down on flexible adhesive and grout. Refix existing toilet and wash hand basin.
We want to remove the gas fire from our living room and also the surrounding mantle piece. It's a 1930s house so not sure what is behind the fireplace so what we decide to do with the fireplace will depend on what we find. At the moment I just want an idea of price however if quotes are reasonable then I may go ahead sooner than my planned date of March next year.
Hi there, I am living in a Townhouse and looking for some ideas to renovate. Our kitchen is on the 1st floor and we have an integral garage. We are looking to convert the garage into living space, create a kitchen downstairs and convert out about 2 or 3 metres into the garden. In the space we want to have an office, dining area, kitchen, sitting area, breakfast area. Ideally I would like to get some ideas on how we can best use the space and then looking at the prices involved and getting it done. Thanks
I need a level 7 foot by 3.5 foot concrete pad to be laid on top of my slightly sloping concrete back yard. This will be used as the base for a bike shed.
We have recently bought a flat which shows signs of dampness, mainly condensation, I need an assessment of what is needed and where, the survey says that it needs installation of air bricks throughout, I assume this to be on the outside of the house, but someone else suggested air ventilation shafts in the two bedrooms.
