I'm about to purchase a 2 bed maisonette, and need to completely redo the bathroom. It's about 8' by 5', currently has bath, sink, toilet. I would like to move the bath from under the window (along shorter wall) to along the longer wall, including an in bath shower. The new toilet and sink would then need to be moved to the other side of the room (near where the taps for old bath were before). for it. Once the fittings are in, the floor and walls will need retiling. The wall next to the bath/shower should be tiled to the ceiling, opposite wall tiled around sink, and then painted. I'd appreciate any quotes, and in particular advice on what factors will affect the cost. I'll be looking to do this work in around 2 months time, immediately upon completion, prior to moving in. I'd like estimates for labour and materials excluding cost of new bath, sink and toilet (i.e. including tiles, paint, floor etc.)
I need my bathroom and ceiling re-plastered to replace existing artex. Room size is 8ft high, 5ft 4 in depth and 5ft 6 in width.
Plastering Stanford le hope
I am looking into buying my first home. Have seen the perfect place and am pricing up the work before buying. The whole downstairs ceiling (2 rooms) are artex and the hallway landing and stairs walls and ceiling are artex and ceiling on 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Would like a quote on getting them smooth plastered. If I receive a quote I can afford I would then plan to go ahead with the work once the purchase has gone through.

Conservatory Woolton, Liverpool
I am considering having a 10ft x 8ft UPVC conservatory with the requisite foundation built on to my garage. A door giving access to the garden is required which will be wide enough for the passage of a dustbin and lawn mower through into the garage. Cladding the garage wall would be needed. I would like to know if there is an alternative to glass as lengthways one side faces a fence.
