I can pay for additional materials separately based on your purchase invoices: splashback and vinyl adhesive, silicone sealant, floor self levelling compound, joinery paint, wall fixings. Private Parking available. Job description 1. Kitchen 3920(L)x1658(W)x2350(H)mm 1.1 remove & dispose of 4 base units, 3 wall units, 'L' shaped laminate worktop, tiled splashback, extractor hood, sink and tap, freestanding cooker, vinyl sheet flooring. 1.2 lay vinyl sheet flooring on adhesive and self leveling compound if required, seal around perimeter with choice of colour, fit door threshold cover strip 1.3 assemble & install IKEA Metod cabinets: 5 base units, 4 wall units, 1 tall unit, plinths, with Voxtorp handleless fronts 1.4 fit 'L' shaped laminate 'Formica' worktop & laminate splashback, on sloped wall, window sill and reveal fit brushed stainless steel trim 1.5 fit sink/tap, built-in oven, built-in microwave, re-circulation telescopic extractor hood, induction hob, reuse existing freestanding fridge/freezer and washing machine 1.5 connect washing machine and sink/ tap to existing pipework locations 1.6 relocate three power points away from splashback: 1 on wall corner above splashback, 1 inside cabinet for microwave & fridge, 1 behind oven for oven, hob & extractor hood. 1.7 paint primed door leaf, fit latch, door handles and hinges into existing door frame, sand existing door frame and apply satin brilliant white paint 1.8 remove 1 fused spur from wall, skim coat, make good and paint all exposed walls, I have paint - wall opposite worktop, window wall and corner (all exposed walls) 1.9 make ceiling flush (slight crack across the middle, might need skim coat), apply brilliant white paint including to bulkhead over window 1.10 redecorate exposed skirtings in satin brilliant white to match door 1.11 remove small blocked access panel and frame to boiler cupboard, close off opening making wall flush and good, skim coat and redecorate 2. Entrance Lobby 1230mm x 1240m & Corridor 2460mm x 1190mm. 2.1 Remove fitted carpet and underlay, apply self-levelling compound to concrete slab if required, lay vinyl sheet on adhesive and seal around perimeter with choice of colour, and 5no. door threshold cover strips.
