Job Description:
I need a fire alarm system fitting into a rental property to meet HMO licence fire safety regulations.
I believe this will require a heat alarm in the kitchen, and other smoke alarms in the house all of which will need to be attached to the mains and will need to 'correspond' or 'talk with each other' in the event of a fire.
