Job Description:
1930's 2 bedroom bungalow. Major work is to extend both the bathroom and the rear bedroom by 1.6m. The bathroom is just over 2m wide, and the bedroom about 3.2m. So total additional floor-space for the two rooms would be 8.32sqm. Bathroom to have a window and bedroom to have French doors. Add lean-to roof for the bedroom, and extend flat roof for bathroom. In addition construct a dwarf wall conservatory (2.1m x 3.6m) - 2 sides glassed, other 2 sides would back on to walls, one of which would be part knocked through from kitchen. Conservatory to have a blue tint glass lean to roof. Final major job would be to knock through wall between kitchen and dining room to make a new large room. Wall is approx. 3.8m long. Thereafter install a kitchen and bathroom and some finishing works as needed eg plastering.
