Building work to fit gas fire

Job Description:
Old council fire has been removed and gas has been switched off. The new fire is a pebble effect gas fire but does not fit in th hole of he previous fire. The width of hole is fine, but needs some concrete taking out for it to fit length wise, about 2 inches. It also requires plastering, as plaster board and plastering has only been done to the edge of old fire. Also have pipe ticking out of ground at side of ire where fire hearth needs to go.
