I have been a self employed plasterer for over 20 years. I have experience of working on site e.g. new build apartments and offices, work for GNER to update and modernize railway stations across the country, renovation of buildings e.g. listed buildings and private dwellings which have required minor repairs and some major refurbishments e.g. cellar and loft conversions. Over the years I have undertaken limelight renovating work after damp proofing courses, plain face and pebble dash rendering, stud walling, boarding on to MF ceilings and skim and dot and dab.
I have my CSCS and CIS cards.
I have developed excellent, professional relationships with clients and employers and feel that I am approachable and knowledgeable. I am able to use my own initiative .
