ensuite and bathroom. job is to remove old toilet, sink and shower in ensuite and fit new toilet, sink and shower that i have. remove old tiles and fit new tiles. total wall area in ensuite and bathroom is approx 32 sqm. also floor area is to be tiled 1-2 sqm in ensuite and 2-3 sqm in bathroom. no awkward bits. apart from toilet sink and shower only materials i have is the actual tiles (25x33) so you will need to supply adhesive, grout etc. No need for skip etc as i will dispose of all waste myself.
My plumber has just let me down for Monday/Tuesday which means I can't get the tiler in on Thursday etc etc. I need a plumber to take my old syphonic toilet out and replace it with a new one which means moving the soil pipe from the floor to the wall. Also need bath and sink out and some rad pipes which are sticking out of the floor need cutting off under the boards

I am looking to replace the existing extractor fan in my bathroom. The current one has died. It is linked with the bathroom light (i.e. it starts when the light comes on, and stops a few minutes after the light is switched off). Hello, I require the correct tradesmen to fit an Extractor Fan in two bathrooms. The walls are tiled (No worries we have spare tiles) and access can be gained to the loft for wiring etc. Our lights in the main bathroom are on a dimmer which from I've found looks a slighly different set up. Normally something I'd do myself but I think I'll let the pro's deal with it this time.
I have a new Rinnai water heater but I do not have the plumbing. There is gas on the boat attached to a cooker which is apx 19ft from the bottles . I would like the heater fitted apx 24ft from the bottles in the head.
